Minister Michael Fallon 'wrote letters to himself'

Energy Minister Michael Fallon said Conservative MP Nick Herbert's claim that he had to write letters to himself was "not wholly true".

Mr Fallon, who works in both the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and the Department for Energy and Climate Change, said there were aspects of the two departments that did "cut across", and he appeared to suggest there was some truth in his colleague's claims.
