Patrick McLoughlin on train, bus and motoring costs

Commuters are seeing "record investment" in UK railways with £38bn to be spent over the next five years, said the transport secretary.

Patrick McLoughlin spoke to Andrew Neil on the Sunday Politics about bus and train services, and levels of subsidy and investments, plus the latest timetable for the HS2 rail project, due to link London, the Midlands and northern England.
