Chris Grayling on human rights and UK/European courts
The Justice Secretary said he was working on proposals for a "radical change" to human rights laws that would "curtail" the role of the European Court of Human Rights.
Chris Grayling said he would set out plans for "wholesale changes" that a future Conservative government would make to ensure the supremacy of the Supreme Court.
He spoke to Andrew Neil on the Sunday Politics about UK-European relations; the action taken by criminal lawyers in protest at planned cuts to the legal aid budget; and prison sentences.
