Golf courses: Green Jenny Jones v Tory Cheryl Gillan

Four million people in Britain play golf, which is a good form of exercise for the young and old, as Britain fights an "epidemic of obesity", said a Conservative MP.

Cheryl Gillan said Britain should "maximise on these assets, not concrete over them" as she debated a film by Green peer Jenny Jones, who would rather see the land used to build homes or for food production.
