Steve Webb on family-friendly government policy checks

As the government introduces a new family-friendly test, the pensions minister was asked to define what made up a family.

And Steve Webb outlined the questions that the government would now have to face in the tests.

Andrew Neil asked him about whether policies such as the married couple's tax allowance, or changes to housing benefits, would pass such a set of checks.
