Founded by Moosa Nsubuga the social enterprise donates trainers to homeless people and kids at risk.
Home Secretary Priti Patel announced a £20m boost to police forces to tackle county lines drug gangs, gangs which target children and vulnerable adults.
Mr Nsubuga says he doesn't expect anything from the government and thinks communities can pull together more. He is supported by many in the music industry including artist Tiny Boost.
