Boris Johnson asked: Why did you say no rules were broken?

Tory MP Alberto Costa suggests any breaches of the rules at gatherings attended by former Prime Minister Boris Johnson "would have been obvious".

He asks whether Johnson's claim he had got "repeated assurances" that no rules were broken was a way of avoiding questions about his knowledge of the events.
