EU referendum: PM insists campaign has been positive

David Cameron has told the BBC the Remain campaign has been positively fought, despite accusations of scaremongering.

He said he wanted to be certain that he had spelled out all the risks of leaving the EU.

The prime minister was on the campaign trail in Birmingham and in Oxfordshire.
