Blaze rips through Motherwell pub

Police are appealing for information after a pub was "deliberately" set on fire in Motherwell.

The Bullfrog Bar and Lounge on Shields Road went up in flames on Sunday afternoon.

Eyewitnesses captured images of smoke billowing from the roof of the building.

Police are asking motorists with dashcam footage, or anyone who may have seen something "suspicious" to get in touch.
