Toshiba becomes latest sponsor of Glasgow 2014 games

Technology company Toshiba TEC UK Imaging Systems has been unveiled as the latest sponsor of the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.

The company has been named official office automation supporter and its products will be used in the games' press centres and athletes' village.

Commonwealth Games silver medallist Eilidh Child was at Scotstoun Sports Campus in Glasgow for the announcement.

The games and will be held in the city from 23 July to 3 August 2014.

Glasgow 2014 Chief Executive David Grevemberg said: "I am delighted to welcome Toshiba TEC UK into the Glasgow 2014 sponsor family.

"I look forward to working with the company over the next two years and am sure their valued experience will help keep Glasgow 2014 running smoothly from now until games time."
