Biker dies in hospital after crash with van in Kilmarnock

A motorcyclist has died in hospital after he was involved in a crash with a van in East Ayrshire.
The accident happened at about 14:10 on Tuesday 7 June at Moorfield Industrial Estate in Kilmarnock.
The 45-year-old biker was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow, where he died on Saturday evening.
Police said the 39-year-old male driver of the van was not injured.
