The proposal for the Castle Wynd loos is contained in a report to Highland Council's Inverness City Committee.

The gift shop would be created in either the men's or women's part of the building.

It has also been suggested in the report that the toilets continue as they are.

The report, externalwill be considered by the committee on Monday.
