Turning part of Inverness public loo into gift shop mooted

Councillors are to be asked to consider an idea to turn part of a public toilet in Inverness into a gift shop where tourists can spend their pennies.
The proposal for the Castle Wynd loos is contained in a report to Highland Council's Inverness City Committee.
The gift shop would be created in either the men's or women's part of the building.
It has also been suggested in the report that the toilets continue as they are.
The report, externalwill be considered by the committee on Monday.
