Creative industries festival goNorth gets under way in Inverness

An annual festival featuring music and workshops on writing, fashion, design and advertising is under way in Inverness.
First launched in 2001, goNorth features radio broadcasts, performances and events at venues across the city.
The festival began in Aberdeen before relocating to Dundee and then Inverness.
This year's performers include singer Rachel Sermanni, who comes from Carrbridge, near Aviemore.
The festival finishes on Thursday night.
