MD Alan Scott to retire from Aberdeen Journals

The managing director of Aberdeen Journals, Alan Scott, is to retire, it has been announced.
Mr Scott has been with the company - publishers of the Press and Journal and Evening Express - for 27 years.
Andrew Thomson, chairman of owners DC Thomson, said: "Alan has for many years been the heart and soul of Aberdeen Journals."
He will retire on 9 December. A successor will be announced at a later date.
