A third man and a woman have appeared in court accused of murdering a man in Dundee.

Steven Hutton, 43, was found seriously injured inside a property in the city's Charleston Road on Saturday evening. He died in hospital on Sunday.

Brian Millar, 27, and Carrie Stewart, 42, are accused of murdering Mr Hutton by striking him with weapons.

They made no plea during a brief hearing in private at Dundee Sheriff Court and were remanded in custody.

Barry Murray, 43, and Scott Henderson, 39, appeared in court charged with Mr Hutton's murder earlier this week.

Prosecutors allege they forced entry to Mr Hutton's home and murdered him, while acting with others.
