Respite care 'light at end of tunnel'
Suzanne Hayes, whose step-son John Morrison, 27, has cerebral palsy, says respite care can be like "the light at the end of the tunnel".
Ms Hayes and her partner used to get eight weeks of respite care but under a new system, they now only receive six weeks.
She told BBC Wales health correspondent Hywel Griffith that although Mr Morrison was a special person and "the sun on a dark day", those weeks were important.
