Cameron: Welsh government should freeze council tax

Prime Minister David Cameron has told BBC Wales that the Welsh government should freeze council tax.

Mr Cameron said ministers in Cardiff should use their share of extra cash announced for England to keep bills down.

He was speaking at the Conservative conference in Manchester to BBC Wales parliamentary correspondent, David Cornock.
