Robert Jones of Netherton, Dyserth says The Red Dragon of Wales has settled in Dyserth overlooking the Vale of Clwyd and Snowdonia in the distance. A fallen tree at the side of the road looked too much of a dragon to miss. The photo was changed to black and white for effect then the colour red was used to bring the dragon to life.
Clint Budd sent in this photo of Tintern Abbey in Monmouthshire which was taken from 2500 ft on a flight from Cardiff to Gloucester. He said: "We routed via Chepstow to avoid the poor weather inland at the time, even so it was still just a little hazy."
