'I've been called to work during Christmas dinner'

Christmas Day is usually an opportunity to sit back, play board games and eat far too much food.

But for thousands of people, it is just an ordinary working day.

These three men, who are on call on Christmas Day, never know when they will be called into action, swapping turkey for work.
