Manchester City star's mum in drunk rant at North Wales Police

The mother of Manchester City star Phil Foden has been fined after swearing at police during a drunken night out in Towyn.

In footage captured by North Wales Police, 44-year-old Claire Rowlands is seen shouting and swearing at officers as she is arrested on a night out in Towyn, Conwy county.

She admitted being drunk and disorderly.
