Burnout: How to identify it and cope with workplace stress

Burnout is a condition recognised by the World Health Organization as a state of physical and emotional exhaustion.

It mostly commonly relates to chronic workplace stress which can build up over several months.

But would you know how to identify it and how can we tackle the symptoms?
