Council tax: Do people in Cardiff know how their money is spent?
Local authorities across Wales have this week announced changes to their council tax rates - but do residents really know what their money is spent on, or feel the benefits?
Pembrokeshire council has increased council tax by 12.5%, which is believed to be the highest percentage rise in the UK.
Council tax revenue goes towards local services including rubbish collection, street lighting, libraries and parks.
