Drunk-driver jailed after Miriam Briddon death crash

A Ceredigion man has been jailed after pleading guilty to drink-driving and causing a crash which killed a 21-year-old woman.
Miriam Briddon died in the crash between her car and Gareth Entwhistle's near Ciliau Aeron.
Entwhistle, 35, from the Aeron Valley, admitted causing death by careless driving while under the influence of alcohol on 29 March, 2014.
He was sentenced to five years and six months at Swansea Crown Court.
The court was told he will serve half of his sentence in jail.
Victim impact statements from Miss Briddon's family were read to the court and gave an insight into their loss.
Her mother Ceinwen Briddon said: "Our lives have changed forever... she left home laughing and joking. She promised to be back the next day - Mother's Day.
"She had big plans for the future. I will never get over losing her. I never want to celebrate Mother's Day."
Miriam's twin sister Megan added: "I dream about Miriam every night. That's the only way we can be together."
