A meeting where a decision will be made on the 50 remaining jobs at an Anglesey poultry plant has been postponed.

Workers at the 2 Sisters factory in Llangefni had expected to find out if their jobs were saved on Friday.

It follows February's announcement that 270 jobs were under threat but since then 50 people have taken voluntary redundancy and 170 agency workers have moved elsewhere within the business.

Union officials will now meet bosses next week over the remaining jobs.

The cuts were a result of the company wanting to cut an entire production shift from its operation.
