Industrial and business talent has been showcased at an event in Pembrokeshire.
Business Minister Edwina Hart has been at Consort in Milford Haven as a £3.5m funding boost has been given to businesses in the county.
The Welsh government wants them to expand and take on Murco employees who lost their jobs after the collapse of a planned sale.
A recruitment drive has also been launched in the town to fill posts at a petro-chemical company in Scotland.
Ineos Petrochemical company hope some of the 340 former Murco workers will apply.
