Swansea partygoer Jordan Miers' inquest opened

An inquest into the death of a man whose body was found in Swansea marina weeks after he went missing after a night out has been opened and adjourned.

Jordan Miers, 21, was reported missing in Swansea on 19 December.

Extensive searches of the area involving divers were carried out and his body was discovered on 8 January.

The hearing was held at Swansea Civic Centre by Swansea and Neath Port Talbot Coroner Colin Phillips.
