'My sympathy is with the people of Kent'

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer says his "sympathy is with the people of Kent" because of the "staggering incompetence of Reform" who lead Kent County Council.

A fire service union said Reform's recent suspension of councillors had left Kent Fire and Rescue unable to make major spending decisions, a claim the council's leader said was "absolute nonsense".
