Rugby players cycle 350 miles in 24 hours for MND
The challenge: to cycle 350 miles (563.27km) in just 24 hours.
A team led by Gloucester Rugby legend Billy Twelvetrees left Kingsholm Stadium on Monday 19 August, going through Leicester, Milton Keynes and Twickenham, before returning to Gloucester with four minutes to spare.
The 4Ed Cycle aims to help raise awareness of motor neurone disease (MND), since former Rugby Union player Ed Slater was diagnosed with MND in 2022. He was in Gloucester to cheer the team on.
