Deer killed by dog in Richmond Park, police say
Met Police are appealing for help identifying the owner of a dog believed to have killed a deer in Richmond Park.
Officers said a deer was fatally attacked at about 12:30 GMT on 2 December.
"It is illegal to allow dogs to chase deer," the force said on X.
"Dog walkers must ensure their pets are under close control at all times and if there is any doubt about their temperament or recall ability, then keep them on a lead."
