Vivienne Truran, 81, has been embracing life as an online fashion content creator.

With almost 300,000 followers on Instagram, Viv, who was born and raised in Cardiff, shares daily videos of her outfits and styling tips.

She's part of a growing number of women in later life turning to Instagram and TikTok to express themselves, and her followers are from across the globe, varying from people in their 20s to over-65s.

But Viv said she didn't know what viral was until she racked up five million views for one video.

"Can you believe over five million people have seen me? I just can't get over it."
