Parades, dancing and river dyed green - US celebrates St. Patrick's Day
Cities across the US have celebrated St. Patrick's Day, with parades taking place in Boston and Philadelphia, and the annual tradition of dyeing the river in Chicago. Members of the plumbers union sprayed the Chicago River with a dye used to find sewage leaks, turning it bright green. The events drew large crowds over the weekend, with celebrations continuing on Monday.
