The cockapoo lifting spirits at a London hospital

Babs and Molly are the perfect duo, visiting Croydon University Hospital each week.

Babs is 85 - Molly, a cockapoo, is four.

They spend time in the stroke and children's wards, where Babs chats with patients while Molly gently rests beside them. Their visits bring comfort, smiles and a welcome distraction from hospital life.

Molly has even been shortlisted for a BBC Make a Difference Award in the animal category - a well-deserved recognition for this special pair.
