‘I wanted to show what having a seizure was like’
BBC Scotland's political editor Glenn Campbell was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumour more than a year ago.
He is telling his story in a new documentary, which includes footage that Glenn asked a friend to film when he had a seizure on a Scottish mountain.
“I am very lucky. I am defying the typical odds,” he says. “Six in 10 people with brain cancer do not live for more than a year beyond their diagnosis. I may be around for some years yet.”
You can watch My Brain Tumour And Me on BBC One Scotland at 19:00 on Wednesday 20 November or on the iPlayer.
