The company turning theatre into 'insane' raves

A new immersive show has been designed to turn theatre audiences into ravers by the end of the production, the writers behind the idea have said.

RAVES R US is about a group of friends who lost their jobs when Toys R Us shut down and ended up setting up a rave in an abandoned warehouse.

The award-winning show by Liverpool based Naughty Corner Productions has had sell-out audiences at Glastonbury where RAVES R US told BBC Radio Merseyside "the atmosphere was insane".

Described as a love letter to history of rave culture - it is now coming to Shakespeare North Playhouse in Prescot, Merseyside.
