Restaurant gutted as Storm Debby wreaks havoc in Carolinas
At least six people have died in Florida and Georgia after the storm hit southeastern US.
Governors in Florida, Georgia and North and South Carolina have declared a state of emergency after Storm Debby, which made landfall as a hurricane earlier this week, dumped 8 to 16 inches (20 to 41 cm) of rain in Florida on Monday.
The storm has continued northbound causing flooding and tornadoes.
Video shows a restaurant completely gutted in South Carolina after the storm made impact there.
At least six people have died as a result of the storm.
