Mother 'vindicated' by report into autistic son's treatment
A watchdog investigation has found that a young boy was "restrained unnecessarily" while at school.
Deirdre Shakespeare's son Harry, who is autistic and non-verbal, was restrained in a chair at his special school without her knowledge.

At the time of the incident Harry was five years old.
He is now 13 and Mrs Shakespeare told BBC News NI that it had been "quite a lengthy investigation".
"We feel vindicated after all this time," she added.
