Moment The Waverley steams under London's Tower Bridge

The world's last sea-going paddle steamer has passed under London's Tower Bridge.

The oil-fired steam ship was departing London to make its way to Gravesend, Southend and the Thames Forts.

Built at the A & J Inglis yard in Glasgow, the ship launched along the River Clyde 78 years ago on 2 October 1946.
