Moment security guard saves woman from being hit by tram

A woman who stepped out onto tram tracks in the city of Kayseri, Turkey was whisked to safety by a security guard moments before a tram came hurtling along.

The city's transit operator, Kayseri Ulaşım A.Ş., released footage of the last-minute rescue.

The operator thanked the guard and warned people to use pedestrian crossings, check both directions before crossing, and "remember that wearing headphones can prevent you from hearing your surroundings".
