Rayner pledges to make buildings 'as safe as they possibly can be'

Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner has said she cannot guarantee every building is "100% safe" in the UK.

Speaking to BBC Breakfast on the morning after the Grenfell Tower Inquiry published its final report into the 2017 fire that killed 72 people, Rayner said measures had been taken to ensure buildings are "as safe as they possibly can be".
