BBC sports commentator takes on swimming challenge
A rugby league commentator is hoping to go out of his depth and take on a swimming challenge to raise money for BBC Children in Need.
BBC Radio Leeds’ James Deighton, who spent years overcoming a fear of water, is swimming a mile a day for five days in a row.
The broadcaster gained advice from Leeds Rhinos and England rugby league player Mikołaj Olędzki, who used to swim competitively in his youth.
