The BBC's Shaimaa Khalil reports from between groups of protesters in Seoul, as South Korean investigators attempt to arrest impeached president Yoon Suk Yeol for a second time. He is being investigated on charges of insurrection following a short-lived attempt to impose martial law in December. Crowds of critics and supporters gathered outside his residence as police and investigators worked to make their way inside.
