Why is Welsh Labour under serious threat?
Labour's defeat in last month's Caerphilly by-election was its first major electoral loss there in more than 100 years.
The party came third, behind Plaid Cymru and Reform UK, after winning just 11% of the vote, leading to a very real threat come the Senedd election next May.
The party has been the largest in Wales at every UK parliamentary election since 1922, and the largest in the Senedd at every election since 1999.
BBC Wales' political correspondent Gareth Lewis explains what is behind the problems and whether sources believe it can be turned around.
