Last Christmas director on 'love letter' to London
The director of Last Christmas has said his love of London started long before he directed the 2019 film.
Paul Feig, who also directed Bridesmaids and the 2016 Ghostbusters movie, said he wanted to make the film as a "love letter" to London at Christmas time.
But filming wasn't without its challenges, with one scene on Regent Street being filmed with minimal crew and equipment.
Speaking to BBC Radio London, he said: "If you're shooting in Westminster, you can't really have any equipment because you basically have to be able to clear out of the street with in a minute or two in case there's any kind of emergency."
