What do the Royals spend their money on?

The royal train is going to be taken out of service by 2027, in a cost-saving measure announced by Buckingham Palace.

It move has been revealed as part of the annual publication of royal finances. The new report shows the single biggest travel item was £400,000 for the King and Queen's trip to Australia and Samoa in October 2024.
