Sarwar says manifesto charts 'journey to a better future'
Scottish Labour leader Anas Sarwar has said his party's election manifesto sets out a "journey to a better future" for Scotland.
The manifesto promises to cut NHS waiting times and fund 160,000 additional appointments every year in Scotland.
The party said its proposals would also mean a pay rise for more than 200,000 people in Scotland.
Other pledges include plans for the energy sector, help for first-time house buyers and steps to raise educational standards.
Mr Sarwar said he wanted to make sure he put Scotland "at the heart of a Labour government".
