Watch: Idaho student murderer declines to speak ahead of sentencing

Victims' families delivered emotional impact statements before Bryan Kohberger was sentenced to life in prison for the murder of four Idaho students.

Ahead of Kohberger's sentencing, Judge Steven Hippler asked him if he wished to make a statement to the court, noting that he's not required to do so.

Kohberger "respectfully" declined, the only words he's spoken to the court today.
