Carer who 'saved family' nominated for award

Sarah Wiles's dedication to her job as a carer has seen her named as a finalist in BBC Radio Lincolnshire's 2024 Make A Difference Awards.

The 52-year-old has worked in care for 35 years and one family said she "saved" them with her support.

Ms Wiles also works at St Francis School in Lincoln and cares for three children outside the school.

The winners will be revealed on 3 September in a ceremony held at The Drill in Lincoln.
