BBC Radio London team finish swim challenge

Ahead of BBC Children in Need, BBC local radio teams from around the country have been taking part in a 1,000-mile swimming challenge.

On Friday, the BBC Radio London team, comprising afternoon presenter Shay Kaur Grewal, weather presenter Kate Kinsella, as well as journalists Gemma Stevenson, Ross Ryan and Sarah Morris, completed their individual 24-mile swims, which began on Monday.

They've been at a number of pools around London as part of the challenge and finished their week in the Aquatics Centre in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

We've taken a look back at their amazing effort throughout the week.
