Katie Simpson family 'feeling empty' after report
The family of Katie Simpson says those they believe are responsible for police failings in the investigation into her death are "nowhere to be seen" following a Police Ombudsman report.
The report found the investigation was flawed and failed her family.
Noleen Mullan, Ms Simpson's mother, said she was left "feeling empty".
"There's been no achievement made, for me," she said.
