Foster mum recalls 'the bouncy ball kid'

There wasn't a dry eye in the house when foster mum Helen Warren and Will St James visited BBC Radio Solent.

Mrs Warren has been fostering children for more than 25 years and said it is "life changing" for both the parent and child.
